Let me paint a picture

This is a vision casting blog, a blog that is filled to the brim with hopes, dreams, and ideas that seem to big to come true without the Lord.

In August I sat down with a man named Kenny Sacht. When he was introduced I heard that he was fighting to free women and men in Idaho. I was intrigued and wanted to know more. I had no idea that Idaho had such a problem. I had to know more. I signed up for a one on one meeting with him to know more of what he was doing. We sat on the front porch at Adventures in Missions and talked. I asked what he was doing and where. I found out that he was from Idaho, but was working in Thailand and the Philippines to free women and ladyboys from sex trafficking. He began telling me about how he sends these women and men to college, and that Wipe Every Tear had partnered with Bella Goose Coffee to train these women and men to work in a coffee house for skills training. He started casting vision for what he hopes for in the future. He wants to open a clean massage parlor, and a salon. As he described what he wanted his salon to look like, the training, the location, the environment, and how he wanted there to be options for the women and men to choose from for their futures.

The dreams that Kenny has is absolutely amazing, the way he loves everyone around him, his deep & intimate relationship it the Lord blows me away. He is doing what I dream of doing. I would love to visit Wipe Every Tear in the Philippians. I want to see what Kenny is doing in person, I want to hug every single one of the people who have been rescued and those who will be.

I have a burning passion deep inside of me that wants to work alongside people who are lost, forgotten, abandoned, the “untouchables”, those who have been a victim to human trafficking. I want to love those people who are damn near impossible to love, but through the grace of the Lord, He will use me to love them. I want to love these people. I want to provide a safe home for them to get on their feet. I want to partner with people who are passionate about people and want to give the gifts, skills, and trades they know, to people who need a new trade to be able to provide for their family. I want to open a salon, teach these men and women how to cut, color, style, give texture, give facials, treatments, and how to do nails. I want to give these women and men a new start, a new perspective on how to love people and serve people. I want to bring kingdom into the darkest parts of the world and bring light. I want to bring Jesus to those who want nothing to do with him. I want to carry Jesus with me that people feel his love, his joy, his peace, patience, grace, and even more of his love. I want to continue to expose people to another side of Jesus than they have ever seen. I want to break stereotypes. I want to set people free. I want to use my story as an example of God’s grace, love, and the freedom that can come through & because of Him.

My CRAZY BIG dream.

I want to have an organization, or partner with one who is serving the “unlovables”, “untouchables”, forgotten, abandoned, lost, those who have been forced into human trafficking. In this organization, there will be a partnership between many organizations and groups to make this all come true. I want people who are passionate to give their gifts away. People who have Jesus oozing out of them, that every where they go, they leave Him there. I want to provide a team to assist these people out of their situations if needed, a rescue team. I want to have a safe house, and then a series of houses where families, women, and men can move into. I want these houses to be in clusters, to cultivate a community within a community. I want a safe place for families to grow, to learn together, to give back to one another. I want to have a salon, where we can teach people a new trade, I would love to have other people teach different trades like mechanics, farming, sewing, how to run your own business, restaurants, coffee shops, you have a passion for it – lets get it rolling! I want each organization to become self-sustaining, and profits that are made can go to move to another country to start up a similar program in a different country. I would love to have these organizations on every continent…except Antarctica. For obvious reasons.

Being here at Center for Global Action here in Gainesville, Georgia is an important stepping-stone in making my dreams come true. Being here is teaching me how to love people even deeper, how to bring kingdom in America, its teaching me about human trafficking and how to partner with organizations who are rescuing and rehabilitating those women and men. You supporting me being here is you investing me to the kingdom work I am doing here in Georgia, and what I will be doing in the future. It is you saying “I believe in your heart and trust that you are going to serve the USA and the nations.”
